Larimer Center for Mental Health- www.larimercenter.org, 970-494-9761 Provides mental health services to children, adults, and families. Accepts Medicaid and CHP+. Larimer County Department of Human Services- www.larimer.org/dhs, 970-498-6300 Serves low-income families and helps connect them with benefits and resources. Colorado Center for Life Changes- www.coloradocenterforlifechanges.com. Offers support and information for families experiencing divorce. |
Child Advocacy Center- www.larimercac.org, 970-407-9739. Supports and provides services to victims of child abuse and their non-offending family members in safe, compasionate, and respectful environment.
Crossroads Safehouse- www.crossroadssafehouse.org, 970-482-3502. Crossroads offers free safehousing, advocacy, legal assistance, transitional housing, and education for adult, teen, and children victims of domestic violence. Pathways Hopsice- www.pathways-care.og, 970-663-3500. Provides medical and comfort care for individuals navigating the last months of life and support for families, caregivers and those mourning the loss of a loved one. Provides general services for people of all ages on issues including parenting, adoption, childhood disruptive disorders, custody and divorce, and marriage/family. |
